The Video Prosecutor is the sames system as the Dash-Hound, except it uses a permanent visor mount instead of a dash mount.

The Permanent Mount Video Prosecutor is the most affordable, portable system available. This is a Permanent Visor mounted audio/video recording system but you can still remove the camcorder for video taping outside the vehicle.

Now there is an easy way to install the camera to the passenger side visor. The reason is the camera is completely out of the way but yet you can remove the camera for outside video taping.

The latest version allows for record activation in 3 ways, The officers belt transmitter, emergency lights, manual activation from a steering wheel remote control.

The VHS tapes like the ones that you play in your VCR at home, have only 230 lines of resolution. The HI8 Tapes have a resolution of 400 lines. That means that if you have to print a license plate or a suspects face off the video you taped with our system, it will have a higher resolution than VHS. This will make higher quality copies for court or the DA.

The PMVP system is exceptionally portable and easily transferred from vehicle to vehicle in just seconds with only a screw driver tool required.

The unit comes with a hard shell carrying case that can be locked and taken home with the officer. The mount is universal and works in all vehicles.
